Welcome to Zanmore ...

So far, we found very little information about Zanmore. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Zanmore to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Zanmore - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Zanmore, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Zanmore , we believe that it would have been located within present day Clinton County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Zanmore, you might get a feel for it by knowing that the earliest mention that we've found (so far) was in a book dated 1895.

Time Zone: The area where Zanmore was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Zanmore was in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).

We also found Zanmore on a map titled Rand McNally Map of Pennsylvania (1911).
