Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Stillwater had an population of 204 people. This is a decrease of 2.39% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 5.15% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Stillwater had a population of 209 people. This makes Stillwater the county's 8th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 209 people, the population of Stillwater increased 7.73% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 194 people).
