From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Beaver Valley was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<5>

From that list, the Beaver Valley post office opened in 1832.

We also found Beaver Valley in the book titled U.S. Post Offices (Oct. 1846).
