Miscellaneous References and Mentions

While our initial information about Garibaldi came from various goverment sources (GNIS, US Census, FIPS), we also found mention of Garibaldi in various books, maps and other sources.

We've created the following list to keep track of the sources that proved useful in adding to our knowledge about Garibaldi. We hope that they will be useful to you.

Note: Initially, we were careless about keeping track of where our Garibaldi data came from. The following list of references and mentions is incomplete.

List of Post Offices in the United States (1870)
Published by the Government Printing Office

Auto Trails Map of Oregon (1925)
Published by Rand McNally & Co.

Garibaldi is contained in a comprehensive list of Post Offices that was created by Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<1>
