Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Yukon had an population of 28,149 people. This is an increase of 23.96% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 33.77% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Yukon had a population of 22,709 people (or 19.65% of the total population of Canadian County). This makes Yukon the county's 2nd most populous community.

The population of Yukon represents 0.61% of the population of Oklahoma (which has 3,751,351 people), making it the state's 18th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 22,709 people, the population of Yukon increased 7.92% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 21,043 people).
