Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Phillips had an population of 129 people. This is a decrease of 4.44% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 14% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Phillips had a population of 135 people. This makes Phillips the county's 5th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 135 people, the population of Phillips decreased 10% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 150 people).

We originally found mention of Phillips in both the FIPS-55 and the GNIS. For more information, see the FIPS and GNIS Codes sections on our Miscellaneous Page.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Phillips was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Phillips post office opened in 1892.

We also found Phillips on a map titled Rand McNally Map of Oklahoma (1911).
