With a 2010 count of 11,724 people, the population of Ravenna has remained roughly the same as the 2000 Census (which had a count of 11,771 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Ravenna was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<8>

From that list, the Ravenna post office opened in 1805.
