The village of Minerva is primarily located in Stark County<1>. A portion of Minerva extends into Carroll County and Columbiana County.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Minerva, you might get a feel for it by knowing that during our research the earliest mention that we found (so far) was in a book dated 1895.

From the  Census Estimates for 2019, Minerva has a population of 3,620 people<4> (see below for details).

Minerva is 1,040 feet [317 m] above sea level.<5>.

Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Minerva had an population of 3,620 people. This is a decrease of 2.69% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 7.98% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Minerva had a population of 3,720 people. This makes Minerva the county's most populous community.

The population of Minerva represents 0.03% of the total population of Ohio (which has 11,536,504 people), making it the state's 291st most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 3,720 people, the population of Minerva decreased 5.44% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 3,934 people).
