Welcome to Everett ...

So far, we found very little information about Everett. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Everett to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Everett - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Everett, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Everett , we believe that it would have been located within present day Lucas County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Everett, you might get a feel for it by knowing that during our research the earliest mention that we found (so far) was in a book dated 1895.

Time Zone: The area where Everett was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time

If Everett still existed, it would have been in the (419) & (567)<3> area codes.

Footnotes ...

<1>We use the term 'Historic' broadly and it generally means that the community no longer exists. However, it can also mean that the community might still exist, but was significantly larger or had a more 'official' existence in the past than it does now. Unfortunately our sources of data have proven to be unreliable. If you can provide us with more specific information about Everett, please let us know so that we can improve our accuracy.
<2>If you're interested in how the shape of Ohio's counties, including Lucas, have changed over time, we recommend the Atlas of Historical County Boundaries.
<3>Area code (567) is an overlay for area code (419).
