The Commemorative Quarter for New York

Do you know of Union ???

When we encounter a name that is new to us, we add it to our Gazetteer - that's the case with Union.

This entry has been created as a placeholder - we hope to develop more information in the future.

This entry could be in error. It might be that our source had a mis-print, was simply wrong or we made a transcription error while referencing it. We hope to learn more about Union in the future.

We found mention of Union as a post office, but can't determine its location - other than being located somewhere in Broome County, New York.

It's common that the post office is named the same as the community in which it's located (although that's not always case). In this case, we can't match this post office to any of the existing communities in our gazetteer.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Union, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1851.
