Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Stillwater had an population of 1,704 people. This is a decrease of 1.96% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 3.65% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Stillwater had a population of 1,738 people. This makes Stillwater the county's 24th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 1,738 people, the population of Stillwater increased 5.72% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 1,644 people).
