So far, we found very little information about Comstock. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>
We've added Comstock to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Comstock - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Comstock, please Contact Us.
While we don't have the exact location of Comstock , we believe that it would have been located within present day Washoe County<2>.

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are two Nevada communities named Comstock: This one is located in Washoe County and the other is located in Storey County.
Beyond Nevada, there are 13 communities that are also named Comstock - they are located in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
