How Far From Pacheco Village to ...

We spend a lot of time looking through Gazetteers that were published in the late 1800's and early 1900's. Many of the Gazetteers include the distance from a community such as Pacheco Village to various places of note, such as the White House.

With a nod to our favorite Gazetteers, the straight-line distance<3> beginning in Pacheco Village and extending to:

• Mora, which is the Seat of Mora County, lies just to the East Northeast.
• Santa Fe, which is the State Capital of New Mexico, lies 37 miles [59.5 km]<3> to the west southwest (WSW). If you could walk a straight line from Pacheco Village to Santa Fe, with an average speed<4> of 2.2 miles [3.5 km] per hour, it would take over two days to make the trip.
