Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Monte Verde, so we are uncertain whether Monte Verde is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name.<2> While we don't have its location, we believe that Monte Verde would be found somewhere in Colfax County, New Mexico.
