Welcome to Micho ...

So far, we found very little information about Micho. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Micho to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Micho - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Micho, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Micho , we believe that it would have been located within present day Lea County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Micho, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1920.

Time Zone: The area where Micho was located is in the Mountain Time Zone (MST/MDT) and observes daylight saving time

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Micho was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Micho post office opened in 1920.
