So far, we found very little information about Collins Park. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

While we don't have the exact location of Collins Park <3>, we believe that it would have been located within present day Catron County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Collins Park, you might consider that their post office opened in 1951.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Collins Park was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<4>

From that list, the Collins Park post office opened in 1951.
