Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Windsor had an population of 231 people. This is an increase of 3.13% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 14.93% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, the Town of Windsor had a population of 224 people. This makes Windsor the county's 31st most populous community.

The population of Windsor represents 0.02% of the total population of New Hampshire (which has 1,316,470 people), making it the state's 232nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 224 people, the population of Windsor increased 11.44% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 201 people).
