Welcome to Breeze ...

So far, we found very little information about Breeze. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Breeze to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Breeze - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Breeze, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Breeze , we believe that it would have been located within present day Orange County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Breeze, you might consider that their post office opened in 1892.

Time Zone: The area where Breeze was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time

Using our Gazetteer, we found another community named Breeze - it's located in Missouri.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Breeze was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Breeze post office opened in 1892.

We also found Breeze on a map titled Rand McNally Map of North Carolina (1911).
