Do you know of Lum ???This page is an orphan - a placeholder until we can discover more about Lum. Such is the case with Lum.<1> Our sources for Lum (see Mentions and References below) indicate that it was a community with a post office by the same name. Unfortunately our sources aren't clear about the location of Lum other than they indicate that Lum would be found somewhere in Claiborne County, Mississippi. From the Blevins / Hellbock List: The post office opened in 1906 and closed in 1920. Communities Also Named Lum ...We found two communities that share the name Lum. Within Mississippi, the name Lum is unique. Beyond Mississippi, we know of another two communities that are located throughout in the United States.
