While we don't have a date for the founding of Gattman, you might get a feel for it by knowing that during our research the earliest mention that we found (so far) was in a book dated 1895.

From the  Census Estimates for 2019, Gattman has a population of 88 people<3> (see below for details).

Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Gattman had an population of 88 people. This is a decrease of 2.22% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 22.81% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Gattman had a population of 90 people. This makes Gattman the county's 5th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 90 people, the population of Gattman decreased 21.05% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 114 people).
