Welcome to Waldock ...

So far, we found very little information about Waldock. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Waldock to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Waldock - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Waldock, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Waldock , we believe that it would have been located within present day Andrew County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Waldock, you might consider that their post office opened in 1879.

Time Zone: The area where Waldock was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time

The location where Waldock once stood is in the (816) area code.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Waldock was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Waldock post office opened in 1879.

We also found Waldock in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
