While we don't have the exact location of Stouts Settlement <3>, we believe that it would have been located within present day Lincoln County<2>.

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are two Missouri communities named Stouts Settlement: This one is located in Lincoln County and the other is located in Iron County.
