At the time of the 2010 Census, Fidelity had a population of 257 people. This makes Fidelity the county's 15th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 257 people, the population of Fidelity increased 1.98% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 252 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Fidelity was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Fidelity post office opened in 1855.

We also found Fidelity on a map (with an unknown title) dated 1861.
