Do you know of Stimson ???This page is an orphan - a placeholder until we can discover more about Stimson. Such is the case with Stimson.<1> Our sources for Stimson (see Mentions and References below) indicate that it was a community with a post office by the same name. Unfortunately our sources aren't clear about the location of Stimson other than they indicate that Stimson would be found somewhere in Mecosta County, Michigan. From the Blevins / Hellbock List: The post office opened in 1889 and closed in 1906. Communities Also Named Stimson ...We found seven communities that share the name Stimson. There are two communities within Michigan that are also named Stimson. Beyond Michigan, we know of another five communities that are located throughout in the United States and Canada. Of these five communities, six are located in the United States and one is in Canada.
