When the people of Sharon<3> referred to themselves (known as a demonym), they are believed to have used Sharonite<4> While the community is gone, the present day location for Sharon is 1,050 feet [320 m] above sea level.<5>. Time Zone: The area where Sharon was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time The community of Sharon has also been called Big Oley. and Jam One.
