While we don't have the exact location of North Unity, we believe that it would have been located within present day Leelanau County<1>.

The following counties adjoin and form the boundaries of Leelanau County: Benzie & Grand Traverse. Lake Michigan lies to the west and north, with the Grand Traverse Bay to the east.
