Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Lake Nepessing, so we are uncertain whether Lake Nepessing is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name.<2> While we don't have its location, we believe that Lake Nepessing would be found somewhere in Lapeer County, Michigan.
