Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Hopkins had an population of 607 people. This is a decrease of 0.49% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 2.53% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Hopkins had a population of 610 people. This makes Hopkins the county's 8th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 610 people, the population of Hopkins increased 3.04% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 592 people).
