Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Webster had an population of 83 people. This is a decrease of 2.35% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 1.22% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Webster had a population of 85 people. This makes Webster the county's 61st most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 85 people, the population of Webster increased 3.66% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 82 people).
