From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Beaver Creek was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Beaver Creek post office opened in 1836.

We also found Beaver Creek in the book titled U.S. Post Offices (Oct. 1846).
