Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Port Chalmette, so we are uncertain whether Port Chalmette is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name.<2> While we don't have its location, we believe that Port Chalmette would be found somewhere in Saint Bernard Parish, Louisiana.
