The location of Naples has been provided by the Geographic Names Information System (ie- the GNIS).<3> While we don't have a date for the founding of Naples, you might consider that their post office opened in 1911. While the community is gone, the present day location for Naples is near sea level<4>. Time Zone: The area where Naples was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time Naples would have been located in the (318) area code.
