Welcome to Sugarvale ...

So far, we found very little information about Sugarvale. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Sugarvale to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Sugarvale - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Sugarvale, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Sugarvale , we believe that it would have been located within present day Anderson County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Sugarvale, you might get a feel for it by knowing that the earliest mention that we've found (so far) was in a book dated 1895.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Sugarvale was in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).

We also found Sugarvale on a map titled Rand McNally Map of Kansas (1911).
