So far, we found very little information about Fort Fletcher. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

While we don't have the exact location of Fort Fletcher , we believe that it would have been located within present day Ellis County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Fort Fletcher, you might consider that their post office opened in 1866.

From that list, the Fort Fletcher post office opened in 1866.
