Such is the case with Hillgrove.<1> Our sources for Hillgrove (see Mentions and References below) indicate that it was a community with a post office by the same name. Unfortunately our sources aren't clear about the location of Hillgrove other than they indicate that Hillgrove would be found somewhere in Harrison County, Indiana. From the Blevins / Hellbock List: The post office opened in 1891 and closed in 1907. Communities Also Named Hillgrove ...We found five communities that share the name Hillgrove. Within Indiana, the name Hillgrove is unique. Beyond Indiana, we know of another five communities that are located throughout in the United States and Canada. Of these five communities, three are located in the United States and two are in Canada.
