Unfortunately our sources aren't clear about the location of Hamrick other than they indicate that Hamrick would be found somewhere in Putnam County, Indiana. From the Blevins / Hellbock List: The post office opened in 1882 and closed in 1902. Communities Also Named Hamrick ...We found two communities that share the name Hamrick. Within Indiana, the name Hamrick is unique. Beyond Indiana, we know of another two communities that are located throughout in the United States.
