So far, we found very little information about Wanborough. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

Wanborough would have been located within present day Edwards County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Wanborough, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1821.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Wanborough is 480 feet [146 m] above sea level.<3>.

Time Zone: The area where Wanborough was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Wanborough was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<8>

However, it can also mean that the community might still exist, but was significantly larger or had a more 'official' existence in the past than it does now. Unfortunately our sources of data have proven to be unreliable. If you can provide us with more specific information about Wanborough, please let us know so that we can improve our accuracy.
