At the time of the 2010 Census, Lisbon had a population of 285 people. This makes Lisbon the county's 8th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 285 people, the population of Lisbon increased 14.92% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 248 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Lisbon was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>

From that list, the Lisbon post office opened in 1836.

We also found Lisbon in the book titled U.S. Post Offices (Oct. 1846).
