Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Nampa had an population of 99,277 people. This is an increase of 21.73% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 91.41% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Nampa had a population of 81,557 people (or 43.17% of the total population of Canyon County). This makes Nampa the county's most populous community.

The population of Nampa represents 5.2% of the total population of Idaho (which has 1,567,582 people), making it the state's 2nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 81,557 people, the population of Nampa increased 57.24% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 51,867 people).
