Unfortunately our sources aren't clear about the location of Shell Rock Falls other than they indicate that Shell Rock Falls would be found somewhere in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa.

From the Blevins / Hellbock List: The post office opened  in 1855 and closed  in 1872.
