<1>	While Welcome Hill is in the Eastern Time Zone, the area to the west is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT).

In this case, the 706 code has been Overlayed with the 762 area code. New phone numbers in the Welcome Hill area will be assigned with one of these codes: 706 or 762.
