So far, we found very little information about Sanderstown. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

While we don't have the exact location of Sanderstown , we believe that it would have been located within present day Pickens County<2>.

From the Census Estimates for 2019, Sanderstown has a population of 5,399 people<3> (see below for details).
