The Commemorative Quarter for Georgia

Miscellaneous References and Mentions

While our initial information about Homeland came from various goverment sources (GNIS, US Census, FIPS), we also found mention of Homeland in various books, maps and other sources.

We've created the following list to keep track of the sources that proved useful in adding to our knowledge about Homeland. We hope that they will be useful to you.

Note: Initially, we were careless about keeping track of where our Homeland data came from. The following list of references and mentions is incomplete.

Map from 1915 (unknown title/publisher)

Rand McNally Map of Georgia (1911)
Published by Rand McNally & Co.

Homeland is contained in a comprehensive list of Post Offices that was created by Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<1>

We found Homeland in these Censuses: 2010. See our Census Page for Homeland for more information.

Both the GNIS and FIPS databases contain entries for Homeland. See our Misc Page for Homeland for more information.
