Bryant was located on the Treasure Coast.

Bryant would have been located within present day Palm Beach County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Bryant, you might consider that their post office opened in 1946.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Bryant is near sea level<3>.

Adding Bryant to Our Gazetteer ...

We originally found mention of Bryant in both the FIPS-55 and the GNIS. For more information, see the FIPS and GNIS Codes sections on our Miscellaneous Page.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found (so far) for Bryant was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Bryant post office opened in 1946. The Bryant post office closed in 1959.

However, it can also mean that the community might still exist, but was significantly larger or had a more 'official' existence in the past than it does now.
