Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Victory Plams, so we are uncertain whether Victory Plams is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name.<2> While we don't have its location, we believe that Victory Plams would be found somewhere in Riverside County, California.
