While our initial information about Lucia came from various goverment sources (GNIS, FIPS), we also found mention of Lucia in various books and other sources.
We've created the following list to keep track of the sources that proved useful in adding to our knowledge about Lucia. We hope that they will be useful to you.
Note: When we started collecting data about Lucia, we were inconsistent about keeping track of where that data came from. As a result, this list of references and mentions is probably incomplete.
Lucia is contained in a comprehensive list of Post Offices that was created by Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<1>
From that list:
The Lucia post office opened in 1900 and had closed by 1938.
