While we don't have a date for the founding of Chrysopolis, you might consider that their post office opened in 1866.
While the community is gone, the present day location for Chrysopolis is 3,810 feet [1,161 m] above sea level.<4> In other words, the elevation of Chrysopolis is about ¾ mile [or ~1¼ km] above sea level.
Time Zone: The area where Chrysopolis was located is in the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) and observes daylight saving time

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Chrysopolis was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<8>
From that list, the Chrysopolis post office opened in 1866.
