The Commemorative Quarter for California

Do you know of Arabella ???

When we encounter a name that is new to us, we add it to our Gazetteer - that's the case with Arabella.

This entry has been created as a placeholder - we hope to develop more information in the future.

This entry could be in error. It might be that our source had a mis-print, was simply wrong or we made a transcription error while referencing it. We hope to learn more about Arabella in the future.

We found mention of Arabella as a post office, but can't determine its location - other than being located somewhere in Lake County, California.

It's common that the post office is named the same as the community in which it's located (although that's not always case). In this case, we can't match this post office to any of the existing communities in our gazetteer.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Arabella, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1888.

Communities Also Named Arabella ...

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are 2 communities that are also named Arabella - they are located in New Mexico and Saskatchewan.
