Welcome to Wolf Hole ...

So far, we found very little information about Wolf Hole. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Wolf Hole to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Wolf Hole - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Wolf Hole, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Wolf Hole , we believe that it would have been located within present day Mohave County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Wolf Hole, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1918.

Time Zone: The area where Wolf Hole was located is in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (MST) and does not observe daylight saving time

The Area Code where Wolf Hole was located: 928

Adding Wolf Hole to Our Gazetteer ...

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Wolf Hole was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Wolf Hole post office opened in 1918.

We also found Wolf Hole on a map titled Shell Oil Road Map for Utah (1950).
