From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Bill was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Bill post office opened in 1919.

We also found Bill on a map titled Shell Oil Road Map for Wyoming (1956).
